Leadership Development
The Leadership Dynamics Institute (LDI) is TMA's response to the need to develop and nurture more effective leaders. LDI is a program of customized management development training for mid- and upper-level managers. It is provided in a retreat setting and combines critical issue training or customized planning sessions with innovative outdoor challenges. Program leaders are selected from respected consultants, authors and academics. Several LDI design options are available.
