Education and Development
A comprehensive selection of education and development programs are routinely presented to provide knowledge of regulatory requirements, communicate contemporary management practices and trends, and equip managers to perform more effectively. Four categories of programs are available:
Regulatory seminars: Offered in half and full-day segments addressing ever-changing regulatory requirements.
Staff development: Designed to develop and enhance the knowledge, skill and ability of associates on all organization levels.
Labor relations: Addressing removal of union organizing issues, union organizing trends and employer rights and obligations under the National Labor Relations Act.
Customized programs: Developed to respond to specific organizational requirements and presented at a member's site.
