Wayne Anderson, Human Resource Consultant

V. Wayne Anderson is a Johnson City, Tennessee resident with 40 years experience in the Human Resource field in Tennessee and North Carolina. Wayne is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and teaches classes in management and supervision at East Tennessee State University and Northeast State Technical Community College. He is presently a member of the Human Resource Association, Asbury Acres Board, Crumley House Board, Johnson City Evening Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Board and several committees at Munsey Memorial United Methodist Church.

Terry Childers, SPHR, Eastern and Southern Regional Manager

Terry Childers of Connelly Springs, NC serves as the regional manager for Western North Carolina. Terry received his B.S. degree from Lenoir-Rhyne College and his M.A. from Appalachian State University. Terry has extensive experience in human resources, safety, OSHA compliance, union avoidance, philanthropic administration and policy development. His most recent employment history includes five years in human resource management at Corning Cable Systems after working 20 years with Drexel Heritage in a variety of human resource roles.

C.M. (Mike) Moore, SPHR, Director, Human Resource Consulting Services

Mike brings over 20 years of human resource management experience and expertise to TMA. During his career, he has been involved in all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, benefits design and administration, payroll, affirmative action and ethics programs, labor relations, training and development, as well as acquisitions and divestitures both foreign and domestic. Mike was the Senior Manager-Human Resources for the Photochemical Production group at the AGFA Corporation Plant in Brevard. He is a native of Greenville, SC and a graduate of Clemson University. At TMA, Mike is responsible for managing human resource projects and training.
