Human Resources Leadership Program

The Human Resources Leadership Program is a unique program designed to provide an in-depth survey of the responsibilities of the modern human resource manager. It emphasizes the contemporary aspects of human resource program management, regulatory compliance, design and administration of reasonable policies and performance goals.

The broad goal of the HRLP is to challenge and stimulate participants to be more effective in their performance and enhanced contribution to the organization's success. In support of this goal, participants are challenged with the latest thinking in promoting commitment and ownership of key business processes. Significant emphasis is placed on the role of team development to bring peer influence to bear on generating greater levels of self-motivation and self-management. At the program's conclusion, participants will have an in-depth knowledge of the latest Human Resource models and theories and their application to the workplace.

A number of resources are provided to the participants including the Employers’ Desk Manual, manuals containing laws and regulations, a leading Human Resources text, examples of compensation plans, and guidelines for managing effective HR systems.

Multiple presenters provide the depth and variety of training for this program.
